This is an information loaded class. Sandy is a wealth of knowledge and was very good about answering questions as they arose in a very practical and professional way. I only wanted to give this 4 stars due to the fact that I've never been a fan of webinars. That being said, the class content, interaction with the instructor and others in the class was good. So been through several classes for certs can tell you sandy is top notch.. honestly the best practical instructor that teaches theory and actually how it translates to the field.. also as a bussiness owner .. gave me practical advice how to motivate my techs and reinforced, how important pics and proper documentation is needed to keep your bussiness running like a well oiled machine.. thanks sandy.. best instructor I have had and trust me she won’t disappoint!!!! Bring in house
