So been through several classes for certs can tell you sandy is top notch.. honestly the best practical instructor that teaches theory and actually how it translates to the field.. also as a bussiness owner .. gave me practical advice how to motivate my techs and reinforced, how important pics and proper documentation is needed to keep your bussiness running like a well oiled machine.. thanks sandy.. best instructor I have had and trust me she won’t disappoint!!!! This was the best IICRC class I’ve ever attended. I’ve been in this industry for 10 years & have never come across an instructor with so much industry experience. Mrs. Bowles did any amazing job at making sure everyone in the class was engaged & actually comprehending the information she was proving us with. I personally learned at least 10 new methods that I will be immediately incorporating into my work. I recommend everyone in the restoration business attend at least one of her classes!

Sandy is an amazing instructor! I’m considering taking the water remediation class because of my experience with her alone. I’m so thankful that I chose her for my first certification classes, because without her I don’t think I would have the information needed to move my company forward in this new division.
