I was extremely impressed with the quality of the training. Harold was thorough, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job... I was extremely impressed with the quality of the training. Harold was thorough, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job making the material both informative and practical. I work in healthcare construction, so I am already very familiar with stringent safety requirements, infection control, and the importance of preventing airborne contaminants from migrating outside of a controlled work zone. Even with that background, I found the course extremely valuable. Harold and his team did an outstanding job explaining the proper lead-safe work practices, containment procedures, and the reasoning behind each requirement. What stood out most was their ability to clearly explain not only what procedures need to be followed, but why they are important. The training was engaging, practical, and focused on real-world applications. Harold was also very thorough in answering questions and making sure everyone understood the requirements. I would highly recommend Harold and his team to anyone looking to obtain their Lead Renovator certification. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly take safety, compliance, and quality training seriously. Excellent course and an excellent instructor! Thank you

The instructors covered all the necessary agendas from beginning to end, giving you the tools needed to get your job done and follow the rules set by the EPA. They were personable, knowledgeable, and respectful.

Classes like this, I have found to be long, boring with a lot of reading however, Harold made it interesting. He was able to hold my interest in the presentation and understand what was being presented because of the way he presented it. The way he presented it was very much appreciated, clear, concise, instructional with good voice inflection, so there was not a monotone type presentation which is an attention killer. Thank you.

He was energized and enthusiastic all through the 8 hour course. I left the class with a new understanding of the correct procedures and practices regarding lead renovation. Highly recommend taking one of Harolds classes if in need of a Lead Renovator Certification.

I thoroughly enjoyed this class and would highly recommend it. The instructor was excellent—extremely knowledgeable about... I thoroughly enjoyed this class and would highly recommend it. The instructor was excellent—extremely knowledgeable about the subject matter and clearly passionate about teaching. Their ability to explain complex concepts in an engaging and understandable way kept me interested and involved throughout the course. The lectures were well organized, interactive, and thought-provoking, making it easy to stay focused and motivated. I gained a great deal of knowledge and truly appreciated the instructor's expertise, enthusiasm, and dedication to student success.

Harold was just out standing in every minute of the 8 hours of class!! He was able to get me to understand my responsibilities... Harold was just out standing in every minute of the 8 hours of class!! He was able to get me to understand my responsibilities for my next lead renovation job and he was able to satisfy every single person's questions and I don't think anyone else could teach me as much as he did in lead renovation and safety. I highly recommend this course. The full day of information was presented knowledgeably, with plenty of time for questions.... I highly recommend this course. The full day of information was presented knowledgeably, with plenty of time for questions. The hands on tasks helped break up the slides and reinforce topics. I left the course feeling confident that I'll be able to start lead paint remodeling.

Harold is a great instructor, he was well organized and didn't leave anything off the table. He was very good at explaining... Harold is a great instructor, he was well organized and didn't leave anything off the table. He was very good at explaining in depth with every detail, his presentation was perfect and the delivery to every topic was spot on. I never felt more comfortable and confident after completing a course before today. I would definitely recommend people to take his class, those who have an interest in progress because I know he will deliver on his end by making sure you understand what your getting into. his knowledge on lead and his insights were eye opening and already so helpful than I signed up for his next course on the lead abatement training certification course.

Harold was very thorough and engaging. It surprisingly wasn't difficult to make it through the full class without falling... Harold was very thorough and engaging. It surprisingly wasn't difficult to make it through the full class without falling asleep especially given how long the class was. I would definitely recommend him as an instructor.
