Since our inception in 1996, we have tailored our services to support a wide range of clients across the Midwest and in Florida. Our friendly and competent training instructors draw from their vast knowledge base and real-life construction experience to provide the highest quality training. We maintain a strict 1 to 6 instructor to student ratio so that each student receives the attention they need and deserve, and our high pass rate reflects our commitment to each student's personal success. The instructor basically read through the slides at lightening fast pace. It was hard for the students to keep up and to fill out the study guide. I could have taken the exam and past it without attending 3 hours of someone reading to me. Disappointed. James L.

The information was good and a nice review.
I liked the instructor, but at times with the study guide it was a little difficult to follow. That was a minor complaint.

While it's not doubt, John knows this subject, it was quite evident he was bored therefore relayed that boredom to us.
Also, if all you are going to do is read word for word what is on the screen and what is in front of me, it would have been just as easy to give us the book and take the test after we were done. Reading a screen when it's right in front of us is again, boring.
And after we took the test, the majority of us missed the same question. I asked if that particular question was discussed in class and John said he didn't think so. We should get that question back. Missing that question was the teacher's responsibility.
It was just tough sitting there listening to someone read word for word what is in front of us and on the computer screen. Nickolas G.

Terrible venue. No heat. Instrutor was not prepared and read from the slides the whole time. Seemed like he kind of new what he was talking about. He was not very professional. I really didn't learn a whole lot from this 8 hour class to be honest. When he went to grade our tests, he had the wrong answer sheet!! If I wasn't getting a certification, I'd say it was a complete waste of an entire day. Richard Y.
