Harold was a great instructor and had real life experience in the field. The hands on portion of the class was definitely my favorite part because we were able to learn the correct way to do things before going out into the field. Highly recommend!

The RRP refresher course was written well. thoughtfully presented and allows an online refresher at a greatly reduced price... The RRP refresher course was written well. thoughtfully presented and allows an online refresher at a greatly reduced price from the in person refresher. The only drawback is that the online refresher expires in three years. Well done Zack Academy!
