Instructor was very knowledgeable and demonstrated relevant, real world knowledge of current inspection protocol in Michigan. The class was structured well as it allowed for current procedure as well as forum time with experienced inspectors.

The instructor I had was very knowledgeable in all aspects of lead safety and could answer all questions that were thrown at him. It was like second nature for him when talking about things related to the class.

The room where the class was held was very clean, comfortable. The instructor was very knowledgeable of the topic. I like the big box of asbestos samples, I thought that was very helpful.

The instructor was great. Everything moved well and was well explained. It made taking a class on the governments ridiculous laws less painful. I will definitely try to get a class taught by David next time around.

Instructor was very personable. The class could have used a little more direction from the instructor at the beginning of class to fill out sign in sheet and collect the necessary materials for class. Otherwise he did a fine job.

The class was an eye opener regarding lead paint. Up till then, I just looked at it as another obstacle to get around, but now I understand the reason for containing the lead and how to do that properly. Dave was very clear in delivering this information. And you could tell that it was important to him to make sure we understood all of the why, how, whens of what we need to do. Thank you.

I enjoyed the class well. I am not a hands on person. However, it was fun to go to the shop and get involved! The class was was filled with interesting information with a well put together manual. Mr Woods was a great instructor that kept the class interesting. Lot's of opportunity to ask questions and get involved with the training.

Mr. Peterson was a superlative instructor. He took the time not only to provide the necessary classroom instruction, but to assure that we had the necessary handson application of this knowledge. I feel assured that my Lead Safe training was sufficient because I passed the examination with 100 and had an abundance of notes as to the application of this knowledge. I would recommend this instructor to anyone wanting assurance of compliance with this EPA regulation.
