In speaking to my estimators it was clear that the instructor listened to our people and not only gave answers but shared solutions to problems that they were facing. I would highly recommend this instructor and will plan on passing him on to other companies which we are affiliated with.

An extremely informative and educational class. Joel is very knowledgeable and can relay this to a student in terms that are easily understood. The information provided will save me time and eliminate a lot of frustration with the Xactimate program.
