There were a number of issues with the proctor software but zack academy materials were great. it took 6 hours to get to... There were a number of issues with the proctor software but zack academy materials were great. it took 6 hours to get to the point where I could take the exam and even had to take it with no audio so perhaps look into a better software for proctoring services

It was great! I’ve been an AC Tech for 30 years and when they first came out with EPA test I took it and passed the test.... It was great! I’ve been an AC Tech for 30 years and when they first came out with EPA test I took it and passed the test. I was a Type 2 for years I helped other people to pass the test so felt like it was time to be universal so I took the test online and was great and yes I’m now universal. Thanks!

I passed everything so obviously content with the opportunity to take the exam. Biggest thing holding me back from taking... I passed everything so obviously content with the opportunity to take the exam. Biggest thing holding me back from taking the test was the inconvenience of finding a site to take it. This made it easy and allowed me to get my certificate at my convenience.
