Employer Advantage, LLC opened its doors in Joplin, Missouri in 1990 as a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). Led by its Founder and CEO, Lee Allphin, Employer Advantage, LLC has experienced consistent growth in becoming one of the premier Professional Employer Organizations in the nation. Originally focused on our home state of Missouri, Employer Advantage, LLC now services clients across the nation. We help business owners by performing the human resources, payroll, workers’ compensation, risk management/safety, and benefits administration functions. In addition, we also perform certain types of safety training including First Aid/CPR/AED.
