I was impressed with the way Mike Smith led the training. He was upbeat and aware of all participants' typical day to day... I was impressed with the way Mike Smith led the training. He was upbeat and aware of all participants' typical day to day being much different than being in a training class for 8 hours and made sure to break things up to keep everyone engaged rather than falling asleep. Great trainer with a great attitude and approach!

The trainer was excellent. Answered all questions to satisfaction. Lots of material to cover in eight hours, but I think... The trainer was excellent. Answered all questions to satisfaction. Lots of material to cover in eight hours, but I think that most participates understand that the learning is not over. We were sent home with good textbook and a good push up the learning curve, With experience I am sure that the details will work themselves out. Good course. Thank you.

Actually as a business owner I was very amazed at the course prior to this I always just paid companies to come in and take... Actually as a business owner I was very amazed at the course prior to this I always just paid companies to come in and take care of the items. I didn't realize how elementary it was. As far as the instructor he did an awesome job I can now say that I could do the job safely and now having the ability to train others I'd recommend a course.

information presented quickly and firmly and reviewed many times, tying all the procedures together in the proper sequence.... information presented quickly and firmly and reviewed many times, tying all the procedures together in the proper sequence. many questions by students were answered so we all understood , also many different job scenarios were discussed and figured out. hands on segment was very helpful in setting up jobs and different situations. great course, thanks again.
