All of our experienced and knowledgeable instructors have been, or are currently, owners of disaster restoration and cleaning firms. This provides them with the knowledge as well as the real world training to deliver the highest quality course instruction. At Disaster Academy, we pride ourselves on possessing field knowledge of each subject that we can pass along to our students. When you complete a course with us, you will get instruction and advice garnered from years of on-site experience that you can actually use and apply. Choosing Disaster Academy means having the peace of mind that comes with knowing all of our instructors have multiple years of field experience. Our instructors don’t just recite from a book; they actually apply these technologies and techniques on their own job sites. When it comes to teaching any subject matter, nothing can take the place of actual experience and our instructors know it! My wife and I are new to the business. Adam took great care to make sure that we understood before he moved forward. We walked away not understanding everything we haven't had any hands on but he made sure we got it. He was funny and easy to feel comfortable around. Instructor is very knowledgeable and relays the information very well. The facilities, including the onsite flood house, is conducive to learning and allows for practical application of the concepts.
