I highly recommend Doug as an IICRC instructor. He has a great way of explaining the material and keeps the class engaging by using real-world stories and examples that make the concepts much easier to understand and remember. Instead of just teaching from the book, he connects the information to situations you might actually encounter in the field, which made a huge difference for me.
Doug was patient, knowledgeable, and encouraged questions throughout the class. Even when the material became technical, he presented it in a way that kept everyone involved and learning.
I enjoyed the class so much that I've already signed up to take his UFT course. If you're looking for an instructor who is experienced, approachable, and genuinely wants his students to succeed, I highly recommend Doug. Seth N.
