I had taken a Lead Renovator Certification class about 15 years ago, but my certification had expired. Recently, I took the Lead Renovator Certification class again through Zack Academy. The instructor explained everything very clearly and made the material easy to understand. He repeatedly reviewed the important parts, which helped me remember and understand the key information better. The class was well organized and informative. Even though some of the material was familiar to me from my previous certification, I learned a lot and appreciated the clear explanations. After completing the class, everyone received their certification. Joe is a very good instructor with a vast amount of knowledge that he consistently shared during the prep classes. The format was easy to follow and I learned a good amount of information on navigating the IRC book. The materials I received were so helpful and much appreciated. Our I structure did a very good job of explaining things perfectly so we could pass the test. I could tell that he cared about everybody in the room having their opportunity to pass the test. He made sure that everybody understood as we went along. He pace the day very well. It’s a very long day, but it went by pretty quick when you think about it.
