Julio brought his real life experience of years in the field into the class room. In so doing he made the information come off the page and more practical.
If we are being honest there is no way to cover every point in the student manual in three days. So Julio focused on the important practical points that we will need to do the job right n each lesson.

Joann is VERY knowledgeable, and she absolutely wants everyone to succeed. Joann is available for discussion and questions and is very focused on teaching the correct verbiage - which is crucial for proper communication anywhere especially when filling in "government" docs for scrutiny. This is important.
Although not everyone learns the same, some of us are a bit more difficult to grasp information and certain concepts, as well, instructors have differing styles of communication. So, a bit more attention to detail and patience in presentation would be helpful for a person like me.
