The CRA, Cleaning and Restoration Association, was created in the Spring of 2005 to fill the need for a trade association in the Western United States. Today it is one of the two largest trade associations of its kind in the U.S. The CRA is a nonprofit organization of Cleaning and Restoration firms from the Western United States. The association's goal is to create venues for advancing the knowledge and professionalism of the cleaning and restoration industry.

I recently completed the FSRT course online. My instructor Mrs. Bowles was great. She used her extensive experience in the field and as a teacher to make the courses both interesting and informative.

I thoroughly enjoyed the class with Sandy. She was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot. I took the test already and feel very confident that I passed, because of her class. She also gave some great pointers from real life experiences that helps as a new business owner. It helps me know the potential points for litigation and how to deter that.

Mr. Bowles is the perfect instructor due to his experience and expertise. A person who actually worked in the field is the best person who can teach you.
