The class material as well as the presentation of the material was very informative for me as a property manager for an investor that purchases older houses with the potential of having lead paint. With the information provided I feel much more confident in addressing the lead paint concerns.

I am now equipped and confident in my abilities to handle lead renovation, repair and painting in accordance with compliant methods regulated and approved by Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Health, HUD and other agencies' that safeguard American Families and tenants from harmful effects of lead exposure.
