Very clear and useful information. You get a couple timely breaks and a nice lunch break and location is very lose to many food spots. It was an ideal class day and reviews over practical info made the testing more confident. Perry H.

Bruce is an awesome instructor! There was a TON of information to process, but Bruce broke it down into simple and easy to grasp scenarios which made understanding the concepts a piece of cake. Being a wealth of knowledge on the subject matter, he even answered additional questions we had. This is an excellent place for this training, and I am glad I went through Zack Academy to get certified! What a fantastic resource! Donna D.
