The instructor knows his stuff inside-out but the course info for a complete beginner is too much for just 3 days incl a test. Definitely needs a longer course. A separate course for those retaking the EPA test would benefit true beginners. Thierno T.

The instructors both did a solid job teaching & answering questions, while the day 3 instructor also did a phenomenal job summarizing & consolidating all of the dense information.
My criticism lies with the course material provided by your school.
While the softcover book provided is a good reference book for the EPA exam, it was borderline useless for the 3-day course. The day 1 & 2 instructor was jumping around, teaching from his files on a laptop, instead of the dense book.
In addition to the supplied softcover, useful for the EPA exam, would suggest that you provide a full binded outline of the course material on day 1. This way, students can follow the densely packed material more easily & take minimal notes & notations on the margins, as neccessary. Also, the class will probably als flow more smoothly, with less questions, since there would be less confusion Eric A.

Very knowledgeable teachers. Ganesh was entertaining and knew a lot about the industry which kept the students engaged. Vincent's notes and drawings were excellent and made it easier to understand things. Andreas with his field experience added a whole new dimension to the class during the hands on work. I went to my class with my friend and we had a great instructor. He went over everything with us and made sure we understood the material. I would say that a video would help to explain certain steps (dressing,undressing, masking off testing areas). Otherwise I had an amazing experience and it won’t be the last time I go to big apple! My lead renovator instructor was top tier. He was informative, patient, and willing. I highly recommend anyone taking this course not only because you might have to but the experience was well worth the time. Because of his teaching I was able to take the exam and pass.
