Nice instructors. I do wish more of what was on the remediator exam was covered in class. There were quite a few questions on the exam that we didn’t cover at all.

It was a great introduction course. I'm fairly new to this and I feel that NORMI is the best place for me because of the support they provide. What started out as just a class (a means to an end) ended up being an opportunity for membership. I feel like family. It was a very good class, with loads of information. The pace was great, and the instructor was engaging and responsive to questions. This was my first Zoom type class, and i quite enjoyed the format, even though it wasn't your typical classroom experience.

Instructor did an excellent job in the preparation and teaching of the course. I was well prepared for the test. He also provided extensive knowledge in other areas of water mitigation not necessary for the test, which I found to be extremely helpful. I highly recommend this instructor.

Class was very informative. If NORMI could regulate a few of their members to follow NORMI's guidelines a little closer it would remove the tarnished reputation of the mold assessor. This is coming from the insurance industry.
