I've been operating a couple of businesses in my community for over 35 years. 25 years ago I started learning about carpet cleaning under an extremely smart business man. He never told explained the specifics of why the chemicals worked. He trained me to use one for all and then use this chemical if you see that and this chemical for this. Anne showed me the how and why the chemicals I used did what they did and she gave me confidence that what I use in my super sanitizing pet concoction will definitely get the stain out and then make sure there will not be a remnant smell left behind. Thank you Anne for your focused teaching and I look forward to be shown more in future classes so that I may provide outstanding results to my community. James W.

I recently completed the IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician course with Ann from Bedwell Consulting, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The course was extremely informative, packed with valuable insights and practical knowledge that are essential for anyone in the carpet cleaning industry.
What stood out most was the breadth of material covered—from fiber identification and cleaning chemistry to equipment usage and industry standards. Despite the technical depth, Mrs. Ann did a fantastic job keeping the content engaging and easy to follow. Her teaching style is both professional and personable, making complex topics accessible and even enjoyable.
