I recently completed the IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician course with Ann from Bedwell Consulting, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The course was extremely informative, packed with valuable insights and practical knowledge that are essential for anyone in the carpet cleaning industry.
What stood out most was the breadth of material covered—from fiber identification and cleaning chemistry to equipment usage and industry standards. Despite the technical depth, Mrs. Ann did a fantastic job keeping the content engaging and easy to follow. Her teaching style is both professional and personable, making complex topics accessible and even enjoyable.
Overall, this was a great course, and I’m genuinely glad I chose this one. I feel much more confident and better equipped in my professional skills thanks to this training.

I loved this class and would recommend it to anyone who needs it to achieve their master's designation or wants to gain valuable knowledge to start or further educate their career. I had a great experience with this CCT course. I was able to ask questions, have them answered and explained thoroughly without feeling rushed for the time away from content. The instructor, Ann, made sure each student understood before proceeding. I appreciated the small class size, as this was the first course like this I have taken.
