Course had a lot of information packed into it for the two 8 hour days. The instructor was very informed and was able to... Course had a lot of information packed into it for the two 8 hour days. The instructor was very informed and was able to answer questions that would tie together parts of the curriculum making things click better. Given the amount of information it might be best to stretch the curriculum over three shorter days just because of how the human mind retains information.

Ann is a Fantastic instructor. The course felt more like a discussion than a lecture. I doubt that you will find many instructors... Ann is a Fantastic instructor. The course felt more like a discussion than a lecture. I doubt that you will find many instructors with her wealth of knowledge and experience. Graham is Awesome as well. I strongly recommend taking this course if you're serious about getting into the carpet cleaning industry.

Her and Graham are a good team and execute online learning very well. Anne is very knowledgeable, an excellent teacher, and very passionate about the area. She also has lots of examples and stories that really put things in perspective that set you up to be an excellent carpet cleaner, to do it well and correctly, and to have a deep and broad range of options to tackle a job. It was fun and very interesting. I highly recommend it!

Well I didn't get to take the course due to the instructor coming down with the flu. But I will say there was excellent communication... But I will say there was excellent communication between us on that and we did agree to have it rescheduled for the 25th. Looking forward to the learning experience!
