While the instructor understood all of the material he was very nervous and was unsure of any teaching techniques to use. The majority of the time he read straight from the power point. He just did not seem prepared or confident in giving the class. And when the person came in to audit the class this just elevated his nerves. Also the confrontation between the 2 was done in a very unprofesional manner I feel it could have been taken out into the hallway instead of holding the discussion in the room. After all of the discussion and with the auditors help I did walk away with allot of knowledge that was very helpful, it just seemed a long way around to get it.

Our instructor did not seem adequately prepared to instruct this course. He was knowledgable but started off reading directly from the slides sitting in a chair and then was unsure of what to do when a class auditor challenged the instructor after the class was about to end early. I think he could be a good instructor but needs some polishing / direction from his employer.

I was very pleased with my instructor we had a lot in common we got into some very good debates about this class and how things have changed from the last time I took this class. This class was excellent, the instructor was very engaging with the students. He took a lot of time explaining everything and made sure we understood it before proceedings of the next model. I plan on looking into taking the mold class and others because of this. A for the instructor.
