I took the WTR course for reinstatement credits. I have have run a restoration company for the past 17 years and have only considered hands-on for our tech's out of concern they will not get a true understanding of what we have to do to be great at our profession. With that being said, Chris did a phenomenal job with the remote class. He kept my attention even though this was my 2nd time taking after 17yrs of in the field experience. I left with a full page of notes/tricks he shared with us. It ended up being way more beneficial than simple reinstatement credits. He kept the class engaged, interested and explained what we do as good as I have seen. I saw how the students just getting into the industry begun to understand it in layers. He really did a nice job. From here on I will be sending our techs to Chris' classes for their WTR certs as it's less disruptive, cheaper and his teaching style just works! Dawson D.

Chris is very passionate about his profession, taught complicated ideas with well thought out videos and diagrams. He reinforces every major concept by showing. I wish I had the time to skim the manual and do the homework after each class as he suggested but my personal/work situation did not allow for it. Do that and your golden to take the test right away.
