My instructor Holly was absolutely amazing, She has an exceptional amount of experience and knowledge to the industry. Every one of my Industry questions that i had asked were answered, even if it did not directly relate to the test. I recently attended a CCT IICRC carpet class instructed by an outstanding instructor. Their teaching style was engaging and effective in helping me learn the material. Throughout the course, the instructor kept the class engaging and interactive, which made the learning experience enjoyable. They were able to answer all of my questions and provided real-world examples that helped me better understand the material. I felt comfortable asking for help and feedback, which made me confident in my abilities. I highly recommend this instructor to anyone looking to take a CCT IICRC carpet course.
