absolutely great course. I have been a carrier adjuster/appraiser for 23yrs. I wasn't sure how much I would get out of this course seeing how the remediation industry and the insurance industry go back and forth. However, Rachel is a fabulous instructor. She kept the entire class engaged on material that can be somewhat "heavy" at times to absorb or understand. I would recommend this class to everyone. It actually inspired me to sign up for another one. Malina S.

The class was absolutely fabulous again. I have taken IICRC courses through Zack before and they have been very beneficial. Becca and Virginia were extremely helpful when I had change of plans and both ladies helped me to get into the SMT class on short notice. The class instructor Robert was tremendous and obviously a subject matter expert. He kept the class interesting and taught me a lot. Chivod D.
