We at A Plus Food Safety can help you train your entire staff for peace-of-mind and protection of your business investment. A Plus Food Safety is dedicated to training Food Service Managers the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification and proctoring the Exam. A Plus Food Safety is also training examinees to pass the California Food Handler card exmaination, known as ServSafe Starters, so that all people who are working in the food service industry are in compliance with AB602, the new California Food Handler Card Regulation.
