COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Intro to the Florida NPDES Permitting Program Online course provides an overview of the Clean Water Act's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permitting Program as it applies to the State of Florida.

This online course fulfills curriculum requirements for the Florida Construction Generic Permit (CGP) for Stormwater Discharge from Large and Small Construction Activities. Specifically, successful completion of this course will allow students to handle and discharge stormwaters from construction sites either directly or through an MS4.

This 4-hour course is provided online and designed for self-paced study. Upon successful completion, students will earn a certificate valid for two (2) years and 4 PDHs.
