This 16-hour Intermediate Maintenance of Traffic course is required for personnel with the responsibility or authority to decide on the specific maintenance of traffic requirements to be implemented in the State of Florida. This course is tailored for Florida Department of Traffic employees responsible for work zone traffic control planning and maintenance of control schemes in work zones.

Upon successful completion of this course and exam, students will be able to train flaggers for their company.

Note: This certificate is valid for four (4) years and must be renewed before the expiration date.
