As the EPA and health experts have become aware of the health effects of exposure to certain types of mold, and as indicated by the thousands of lawsuits filed in California against building owners, mold presents a health concern and significant financial liability for building owners, property managers and contractors.

This class is designed to help building owners and contractors reduce the potential for mold exposures by training facility management, maintenance personnel and construction workers on identifying mold, how to prevent mold growth and abate mold hazards. The class also covers how to prevent mold problems in buildings and on construction projects.
