Corporate Training By Zack Academy - TSCA Chemical Data Reporting (CDR)

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The TSCA Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) course covers the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's rules and regulations for importers of chemicals into the United States. Students will learn to determine whether their imports are subject to TSCA rules and how to comply in order to avoid fines and other punishments.

The Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule requires manufacturers, including importers, to report data on the manufacturing, processing, and use of chemical substances listed on the TSCA Chemical Substance Inventory to EPA every four years. In this webcast you will learn which chemicals must be reported, their reporting thresholds, and how to report the required information using EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX) software.
