COURSE DESCRIPTION
This 8-hour Hazardous Waste Site Supervisor course trains students on the OSHA and EPA requirements for supervisors of treatment, storage, and disposal facility operations. This course also meets refresher requirements for these disciplines. Students will learn important information on how to safely manage a hazardous waste site including site safety plans and containment strategies.
Note: Hazardous Waste Site Worker Certification is a prerequisite for this course. Respirator Fit Testing may be provided during these sessions for individuals who are medically cleared and clean-shave in the area of the face piece seal. Students who would like to be fit tested must bring their own respirator.
