This one-day Weatherization 101 for Administrators course is recommended for all non-field employees doing work within the Weatherization Program. This course provides an overview of building science principles and thermal performance, as well as Weatherization guidelines, reporting and priority lists. 

Just because an employee isn't on the field doesn't mean they shouldn't have a basic understanding of what their company does. This Weatherization 101 for Administrators course covers the fundamentals of building science and energy conservation almost as well as gaining experience on the jobsite. For non-field employees, this course can be extremely valuable when making decisions at the executive level by understanding the demands and requirements of the Weatherization Program.
