Learn all of the classroom knowledge necessary to become a Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst. The course covers all of the core knowledge necessary to understand building science, building materials, health, safety, and diagnostic testing equipment and processes for the home performance industry.

A BPI Building Analyst is trained to perform comprehensive, whole-home assessments, to help identify problems at the root cause and prescribe and prioritize solutions based on building science.

The online self-paced BPI Building Analyst - Phase 1 course is the first phase in the BPI Building Analyst Training. This course is ideal for people who do not need to be certified but need the knowledge of a BPI Building Analyst.
