COURSE DESCRIPTION
This Manufactured and Modular Home Inspection course teaches students how to perform inspections on manufactured and modular homes in accordance with HUD standards. Students will review important structures such as foundations and supports in modular homes. Students will also learn how to test for and identify damages to these structures.
By the end of this course, students will be able to identify and inspect modular homes for plumbing, electrical and foundational concerns. Students will also learn how to accurately communicate inspection reports to clients.
