The Louisiana Business & Law Exam Prep seminar is a one-day course to prepare for the Louisiana Business and Law examination. Except as otherwise provided by law, all initial applicants to the Licensing Board are required to take and successfully pass the Business and Law portion and the specific trade portion of the board’s examination. The exam, and subsequently this course, is based on the Contractors Guide to Business, Law and Project Management.
All companies applying for the:

- Residential Building Contractor’s License
- Mold Remediator’s License
must have at least one Qualifying Party that passes the examination as one of the requirements for approval of the license. We help prepare you for it.

About the Exam:
The Business and Law exam is an open book online exam that you will take at your own convenience on your home or business computer. The exam consists of multiple choice questions taken from the Contractor’s Guide to Business, Law and Project Management, which you should study in its entirety, including the appendices. Examination is based on the Contractors Guide to Business, Law and Project Management, Louisiana Contractors, published by the National Association of State Licensing Agencies, Phoenix, AZ. It is automatically sent to the qualifying party candidate when they are approved for the exam.
