Corporate Training By Zack Academy - Mastering Construction Estimating and Project Cost Control

This 7-module Mastering Construction Estimating and Project Cost Control course is designed to help students become acquainted with the bid/estimating process, from the first bid meeting to bid day. This course allows you to learn at your own pace while gaining a comprehensive understanding of how to accurately prepare construction estimates. Covering fundamental principles and practical techniques, you will develop expertise in evaluating costs across a wide range of construction components and effectively managing subcontractor quotes and scopes of work. Upon successful completion of the course, you will earn a Build Smart Institute Certificate that validates your proficiency in construction estimating - a key skillset for success in the industry.

Students will have access to this 12-hour course for 180 days. There are 7 modules with an exam at the end of each module.
