Why Should You Take This Commercial HVAC Course?

This Commercial HVAC course is designed for those individuals currently working in the HVAC/R related fields seeking to expand into the installation and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems. This course will include hands-on learning with state-of-the-art equipment in a complete lab environment. Instruction includes installation and service of chillers, commercial rooftop systems, water chiller systems, cooling towers, and troubleshooting skills and techniques.

Students will have the opportunity to earn industry credentials including HVAC Excellence Employment Ready Light Commercial Air Conditioning and Nate Installer Level Air Conditioning Certifications. Nate certifications require three years of HVAC experience and will be an additional cost.

• Sizing, Selection, Installation and Servicing HVAC Equipment
• Troubleshooting Skills

Prerequisites: HVAC knowledge and/or experience required

Course Length: 120 hours over 2 months

Continuing Education:  60 BPI CEUs
