In this Photoshop and Illustrator for Footwear Design course, students will learn the basics of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator in order to create fashion sketches tailored to footwear. This beginner course will help design industry students enhance their portfolio.

Syllabus
Course Overview: Students will learn Photoshop & Illustrator basics and techniques specific to the fashion industry and focusing on footwear design. Students will first learn to use Photoshop to recolor hand drawn and computer generated sketches, create multiple colorways, add patterns or texture, and add shadow and highlights. Students will later learn Illustrator, focusing on using the Pen Tool to draw sketches and fill them with color, and finally, create a presentation board incorporating both programs.
