Corporate Training By Zack Academy - Project Management Essentials with Large Loss Application

This 7-hour Online Project Management Essentials with Large Loss Application course teaches students the skills needed to manage restoration projects that require a quick response and recovery of property damaged by disasters. Students will learn best practices for these types of emergency restoration projects including estimating, project planning, and documentation when the damage is large.

This course is provided entirely online. Students will be able to start and stop course modules during their 60-day window of access to course content. There is no course exam; however there are quizzes after each module. Upon successful completion of this course, students will receive a course certificate and be eligible for 7 IICRC CEUs.
