COURSE DESCRIPTION

This five day IICRC Water Damage WRT/NORMI Certified Mold Remediator Combo provides in-depth instruction on the process of restoring water damaged properties and treating mold contaminations. This course provides dual IICRC and NORMI certifications when students pass both exams.

In the IICRC Water Damage WRT portion of this course, students will learn how to remediate water damaged properties. Students will learn industry standard techniques for drying and restoring water damaged structures. This course covers both residential and commercial maintenance. 

In the NORMI Mold Remediator portion of this course, students will learn the work practices required to perform mold remediation to the standards designed by the State of Florida Mold-Related Services Board. Students will learn to identify and remediate mold and potential mold contaminations. Students will also learn how to use personal protective equipment while on the job.

This course consists of two classes and two separate certification exams. Students must pass both exams to earn their IICRC and NORMI certificates.
