Why Should You Attend This Personalities in the Workplace - The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Workshop?

This Personalities in the Workplace workshop teaches the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a categorization of behavioral preferences based on a person’s innate tendency to (a) recharge their energy either in the company of others or else in solitude; (b) focus on either sensory input or imaginative speculation; (c) make decisions based on either logic or emotion; and (d) be either highly organized or free-flowingly spontaneous.

Participants undergo the Myers-Briggs assessment, and listen to an explanation of the origins of the MBTI and its components. They are then put through a series of exercises to help them understand themselves and their colleagues, and the communication modalities that will best help them be understood in the work environment.

What is the Myers Briggs Type Indicator?

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a questionnaire designed to assess psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. The four dichotomies used to determine the personality type are:
