COURSE DESCRIPTION

Introduction to Project Management is a three-day course that covers the basic concepts, tools, & techniques used during the Lifecycle of Management of a Project. The course is based on the generic principles, concepts, and best practices, picked from global models and frameworks and inducts the participants to learn and understand the knowledge and application of the subject. 

This workshop is a perfect blend of theory and practice that infuses the Project Staff with the required knowledge and skills. The course covers the knowledge concepts on the first two days of the training, and the third day is reserved for a hands-on workshop on MS Project Standard, which is the most widely used tool for Project Planning and Scheduling.
