In this 3-day Introduction to Construction Management course students will learn about personal, financial, and regulatory hazards that affect construction companies. Students will get an awareness of their responsibilities in the areas of safety, human relations, problem-solving, construction documents, planning, scheduling, cost control, resource control, quality control, and continuous improvement. Following the completion of this course, students will be fully prepared for the challenges of being a contractor, as well as receive an overview of FCL101, PRS101, and PRM101
