Trenching and Excavation Awareness - Online is a 20-minute course that presents the fundamentals of job site trenching and excavation dangers. Students will learn about the many pieces of protective gear required for safety as well as how to protect themselves in and around trenching and excavation locations. Additional topics include the capacity to identify various types of trenching dangers, how to control these hazards and the role of the competent person in trench safety.
