Why Should You Take This Reasonable Suspicion for Drugs and Alcohol Training Course?
Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations Part 382.603 requires that all persons designated to supervise operators of commercial motor vehicles who hold CDLs receive at least 2 hours of training on alcohol misuse and controlled substance use. This Reasonable Suspicion for Drugs and Alcohol training course fulfills the DOT requirement. Supervisors should use this training to determine whether reasonable suspicion exists to require a driver to submit for testing.
