Re-Opening your Business: OSHA Guidelines for a Safe Workplace is focused on the OSHA guidelines all employers need to be aware of when opening their workplaces after COVID-19 related closures. The presentation focuses on two primary areas: 1) OSHA guidelines to provide a safe healthful workplace in the era of COVID-19 and, 2) Employer and employee rights and requirements including the right to file a complaint; the inspection process and citations. The program will conclude with a brief discussion on possible areas of civil liability.
