Qualified Signal Person - NACB Courses

This 2-day Qualified Signal Person - NACB course is designed for personnel whose responsibility is to signal and direct crane operators. Students will learn the federal and state standards for signaling on a construction or industrial work site. Specifically, students will learn hand signals, radio and telephone signals, boom deflection and more. By the end of this course, students will be able to safely signal and guide machine operators on the job site. 

Topics to be covered include: General Signals, Radio and Telephone Signals, Voice Signals, Hand Signals, ASME B30 Signals, Operational Limitations, Crane Dynamics, Boom Deflection, and Power Line Issues.
