How Does It Work?

  • Once the course is complete, the client can print out a certificate of completion immediately. This printout acts as a temporary card. The wallet sized OSHA card will be mailed within 6-8 weeks after completion.
  • The course must be completed within 6 month (180 days) of start date
  • The student can only spend 7.5 hours in the course within a 24 hour period
  • The passing score is 70% for the module and final exams
  • The student only gets three attempts at each exam. If they fail any exam after three attempts, the course will be turned off and they must start over
  • The student evaluation at the end of the course in mandatory
  • Windows XP or Windows Vista is recommended, Microsoft Internet Explorer is recommended. Other browsers, like Firefox or Safari, might result in non-optimum results.

  • Recall what employer/employee issues OSHA covers, how and when to contact OSHA, and what protections OSHA may provide
  • Name overall safety practices relevant to the construction industry, and explain what precautions to take against hazards on the job
  • Obtain your OSHA 10 Card

This 10-Hour OSHA Construction online course is designed for workers and employees who need the OSHA 10-Hour Card, including:

  • Construction Workers
  • Foremen and Job Supervisors
  • Construction Site Inspectors
  • All Personnel Responsible for Construction-related Projects
  • Workers on publicly-funded projects of varying amounts in the following 7 States
    • Connecticut (must re-certify every 5 years)
    • Massachusetts
    • Missouri
    • Nevada
    • New Hampshire
    • New York
    • Rhode Island

 

Please Note:  OSHA regulations state that a student can not spend longer than 7.5 hours in a OSHA 10 course per training day. Please allocate a minimum of two (2) calendar days to complete this training.
