NYC OSHA 10-Hour Construction Online Courses

The NYC OSHA 10-Hour Construction Online course is intended for workers and employees who need an OSHA 10-Hour Card. Users must spend at least 10.25 hours in the online course and supplemental material. Through the use of voice authentication technology, this online training has been fully reviewed and approved by the NYC Department of Buildings to comply with the requirement of having an active proctor per NYC Local Law 196.

This OSHA 10-hour Construction online training course teaches recognition, avoidance, abatement and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces. This course also provides information regarding workers’ rights, employer responsibilities and how to file a complaint. It was also designed to help workers stay up-to-date with their OSHA safety requirements. After successful completion, students will receive their DOL/OSHA Card via mail.
