I was nervous about the interaction between host and attendees, but those nerves quickly subside once Jim started the webinar. He was easy going and approachable and willing to answer all our questions. There were 4 attendees all at different points in our career and he made sure to give individualized advice to each of us. I look forward to gaining more knowledge though other resources provided by LSI.
