Este curso cuenta con supervisión activa (en cumplimiento con la normativa RCNY 105-03) mediante reconocimiento biométrico facial. Todos los estudiantes deben tener conexión a internet de alta velocidad, una cámara web y permitir el acceso a la misma. Se les supervisará mediante reconocimiento facial durante todo el curso. Además, deberán subir una identificación oficial para verificar su identidad antes de comenzar el curso.
Al registrarse, los estudiantes obtienen acceso ilimitado al curso; no hay límite de tiempo para completarlo. El curso incluye videos que se pueden reproducir para repasar el contenido. No se incluyen manuales ni archivos para descargar. Los estudiantes tendrán hasta tres intentos para aprobar la evaluación final del curso; después de estos intentos, deberán volver a registrarse para volver a tomar el curso.

This 8-Hour Site Safety SST Card Renewal - Online - Option 1 course allows New York City construction workers who fall under Local Law 196 to renew their required Site Safety Training (SST) card. This course includes the 4 Hour Fall Prevention and the 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User and Refresher course.
This course is provided entirely online. Students will be able to start and stop course modules as necessary. Students must complete the final course exams with a score of 70% or higher or else they will need to retake the exam to receive course credit.

| Certificates | For On-demand Courses: Students can download the Certificate of Completion immediately upon completing the course from the student profile page. For students who purchased the 10 Hour or the 32 Hour SST course package from PDH STAR, the SST card is issued free of charge, provided their OSHA 30 Construction card, ID and address can be verified, as per DOB requirements. For all other SST card requests, there is a separate SST card fee: for Site Safety SST card (Worker) the fee is $50 and for Supervisor SST cards the fee is $75. The SST card will be processed and mailed out within 5 business days after the student submits all required documents, notifies (via completed form available on the web site) PDH STAR that they have completed all training, and all external training has been verified. The SST card will not be issued, and no refund will be available, if any of the required training, ID or address cannot be verified, as per DOB requirements. |
