This 8-Hour Suspended Scaffold User Refresher course will revisit instruction on how to visually inspect suspended scaffold equipment and execute safe assembly and disassembly of the equipment. This course is required to maintain Suspended Scaffold User certification.
Students are required to complete 100% of the course and actively participate in all learning activities including hands-on demonstrations and the final course exam. Students must obtain a score of 70% or higher on the hands on and written exam to receive a 8 Hour Suspended Scaffold User Refresher ID card. This card is valid for 4 years.
Make-up time is not permitted for this training course. Should students miss any portion of the training, it is the student’s responsibility to contact the trainer to arrange to attend another scheduled event.

Note: Students must present their current 16-Hour Suspended Scaffold User certification to be admitted into class. Certifications must be no older than one year of the expiration date on the certificate.

Certificates | Students receive temporary certificates at the end of class. Flagger and Scaffold students will receive photo ID cards by mail in under 2 weeks. OSHA students will receive OSHA cards by mail in approximately 30 days. |
